Salisbury: Break-in at Brenner Crossing Apartments Thursday Nets Burglars $24,328 in Jewelry, Watches, Cash, a TV, and a Nissan Infiniti

♦ Salisbury Police Department sources report that Idris Shabazz, Muhammad, 58, in the Brenner Crossing Apartments at 620 Brenner Avenue was the victim of a “burglary-forcible entry” where burglars cut through a screen to gain entry into his apartment and make off with $24,328 in assorted designer watches, jewelry, cash, an LG TV, and a 2006 white 2-door Nissan Infiniti (stolen from the parking lot). The crime occurred sometime around 3 a.m. Thursday and was reported to 911 Dispatch at 3:11 a.m.  Police vehicles arrived in sizable numbers and investigators began gathering evidence and talking with neighbors.

At this time no arrests have been named or suspects revealed.
